2. Updates:
ReadySetPass has no influence on the development of Moodle and Windows. All
products are always designed for the latest version on the release of our product,
but we can give no guarantee that the product will run with future versions of
Moodle and Windows.
3. Study Guide:
After you complete the checkout and you've made your payment, you will be emailed
a link to download your order. This link is valid for 24 hours only. Click on the
provided link to download a file which will contain the product. If you are unable
to download the product then email us via the Contact Us link on this site and we
will investigate the matter for you as quickly as possible.
4. Assignability:
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer any ReadySetPass product to anyone
else without prior written consent from ReadySetPass.com.
5. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of ReadySetPass. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
6. Enrolment Key's: Enrolment Keys are generally automatically generated at the time of sale. The Enrolment Key is emailed to the address provided during checkout. In the event that you do not receive an enrolment key shortly after the point of sale, ReadySetPass customer service will create one for you manually. Please note that this can take up to 48 hours.
7. Refund policy:
Since ReadySetPass is offering low-cost and often non-tangible irrevocable goods
we do not issue refunds after the product is downloaded or accessed, which you are
responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only
make exceptions with this rule when the product is not accessible for a 10 day
period. Other issues may be considered on a case by case basis. The deadline for
any refund claim is 10 days after the purchase/delivery date.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior
